Terms of Service

Who can use BeforeHi

You must be at least 18 years old. BeforeHi must only be used for situations where everyone involved is 18 or older.

What BeforeHi is — and isn't

• BeforeHi offers suggestions. It isn't a dating or matching service, and it doesn't contact anyone for you.
• Advice is generated by AI from what you share. It can be wrong, and it never guarantees how anyone will respond. You decide what to send.
• BeforeHi is not therapy, legal, medical or crisis support. If you're in danger, contact local emergency services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BeforeHi to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, pressure or manipulate anyone, or contact someone who has asked you not to;
• impersonate others or access accounts, messages or data you aren't authorized to access;
• upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything involving a minor;
• attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you share. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You can delete it at any time.

BeforeHi Plus

• Plus is a subscription billed in advance for the period you choose (1, 3 or 6 months).
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription”; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.

Liability

BeforeHi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for outcomes of conversations or relationships, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the product.
